2. Data and purposes
Depending on the form used, we may process your name, contact details, company, city, enquiry content, submission time, IP address, browser/user-agent, referrer and UTM source. We use these data to answer contact and catalogue requests, assess dealership enquiries, protect forms against abuse, establish or perform a potential contract and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics or marketing data is processed only when the relevant tool is enabled and the required preference/legal condition exists.
3. Legal bases, collection and recipients
Data is collected electronically when you submit a form or contact us, and through security records generated by the site. Processing relies, as applicable, on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, establishment or protection of rights, legitimate interests that do not override your fundamental rights, or explicit consent for optional activities.
Data may be available on a need-to-know basis to authorised staff, hosting/e-mail/technical service providers and legally authorised public bodies. A foreign service provider must not be enabled without a valid transfer mechanism under KVKK Article 9 and an updated notice.
4. Retention
Personal fields in contact, catalogue and dealership records are configured to be anonymised after 730 days, unless an ongoing relationship, dispute, contract or legal duty requires longer retention. Data may be deleted earlier when the purpose ends.
5. Your rights and applications
You may exercise the rights listed in KVKK Article 11, including asking whether data is processed, requesting information, correction or deletion where conditions apply, learning recipients, objecting to qualifying automated outcomes and requesting compensation for unlawful processing. Send a sufficiently clear request from an e-mail address previously registered with us to info@muvelliachocolate.com with the subject “KVKK Data Subject Request”. Requests are answered as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, subject to applicable law.
