Chocolate Milkshake
A measured café-style milkshake with vanilla ice cream, cold milk and milk chocolate sauce.
Ingredients
- 400 g vanilla ice cream
- 240 ml very cold milk
- 80 g Muvellia Milk Chocolate Sauce
- 30 g extra sauce for glasses
- Optional 80 g whipped cream
- Optional chocolate shavings
Product Used
Milk Chocolate SaucePreparation
- Chill two tall glasses. Draw 3-4 lines inside each with 15 g sauce.
- Blend ice cream, milk and 80 g sauce for only 20-30 seconds. Adjust with milk in 10 ml increments if needed.
- Divide immediately. Finish with optional whipped cream, a fine sauce line and chocolate shavings.
Storage and service
Prepare to order and serve immediately. Do not hold leftovers for another order.
