Test the complete service result
Waffle sauce affects flavor, plate appearance, portion control and speed. Compare it in the actual recipe—not only from a spoon. Test a newly opened pack and one that has spent time at the service station.
Standardize the portion
Weigh the sauce in grams, calculate realistic servings per pack and include nozzle waste or product left behind. Then prepare five identical plates in a row to measure one-hand use, cleaning and total service time.
Review the supplier file
Keep the current ingredients, allergens, net quantity, storage directions and date information. Confirm case size, lead time, delivery days, damaged-goods procedure and batch traceability.
A practical score is: menu fit 30, flow 20, service and pack 15, portion cost 15, technical information 10 and supply continuity 10. Compare the range on the products page.
